| Experience: | I currently am a Mathematical Science major and Secondary Education; Math major. I began to enjoy math once it started to make sense. One of my goals in math tutoring is not for the student to just learn the skill, but learn the meaning and "get it", thoroughly. I am currently taking Linear Algebra, Calculus, and Problem Solving Discrete Math at Clemson.
I have tutored middle school or high school maths, SAT prep, and SC Exit Exam prep. My most memorable moment in tutoring is the moment one of my students received his passing SC Exit Exam scores and learned he was going to be able to receive an actual H.S. diploma at his graduation! I look forward to one day teaching in a classroom, but for now, I love aiding students in learning in the one-on-one tutoring setting! |
| Hobbies: | I love sports; I played sports all throughout high school (basketball, softball, volleyball, and golf). I am also interested in music; playing and singing. I am very involved with FCA and Central Spirit here at Clemson. |
